Payments & Deposits

Account and non-account customers can pay via BACS,
Cheque, credit or debit card, PayPal or cash.

Please note Credit or Debit card payments are subject to a 3.9% transaction fee.

Regular clients are welcome to open a monthly account, which is available at no extra cost. At the end of each month, account holders will receive an invoice for that month's bookings along with details of who made the booking, passenger name, collection and destination points, price, plus any reference numbers the client would like us to include.

For non-account customers, all monies must be processed and cleared at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the booking pick-up time.

Payment terms for account holders are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, late payment will incur a late payment charge of 5% of the total amount outstanding.

Invoices will be sent out at the end of each month.

We also operate a loyalty scheme which allows account holders up to 10% discount according to frequency and volume of use. Bank holidays (including Xmas and New Year) can also be catered for, please contact us for further details and pricing.
