Terms & Conditions

For all journeys booked, passengers are requested to be at the agreed meeting place & time. In the case of any last minute changes, the person who made booking (the hirer) should notify us (Aveho Executive) as soon as possible.

The hirer is responsible for any damage passengers may cause to the interior and/or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them. Damage will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order. Photographic evidence will be taken at the time of the offence for insurance and evidence purposes.

In certain circumstances, although not encouraged, food and drink may be consumed within our vehicles, this is only at the discretion of our driver/chauffeur. Any unacceptable soiling or damage to the vehicle will be charged to the hirer at the prevailing rate.

All bookings to non account customers must be paid for in advance. In certain circumstances we (Aveho Executive) may consider payment on day of travel, contact us for details.

For airport collections, our drivers/chauffeurs aim to arrive between 30-45 minutes after the published flight arrival time. This allows sufficient time for clients to depart the aircraft, collect their baggage and meet designated chauffeur in the arrivals hall. If for whatever reason (this includes delayed flight), the chauffeur has to wait longer than this period, a £15.00 charge will incur for each additional 30 minute waiting time. Any additional airport parking charges will also be added & charged at the prevailing rate.

Aveho Executive aim to be at the agreed pick-up point and drop-off destination at the agreed times. Neither Aveho Executive or any of it's drivers shall be held responsible for a late arrival at any of their pick-up or drop off destinations.

It shall be the hirer's responsibility to allow adequate time to reach their destination.

Additional requests/alterations to the booking such as additional pick up points, change of destination etc, maybe be fulfilled at the driver/chauffeurs discretion. However, in such cases any additional time or mileage incurred as a direct result of these requests will be subject to additional charges at the appropriate rate.

Please ensure that all belongings have been accounted for before your driver/chauffeur departs. In the event of any items being left in vehicle after clients departure, we (Aveho Executive) will try our best to return items as soon as possible.
